The design process of Virgin Racing’s first ever Formula 1 contender will not at any point involve a wind tunnel, the Sheffield team has revealed. Designed by Wirth Research, based in Oxfordshire, the first Virgin car will be produced entirely with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology.
